We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive financial performance and strategic decision-making by analyzing different financial models, managing budgets, and forecasting. Data analysis including revenue and expense variances, to provide actionable insights to senior management. Key responsibilities include identifying financial risks, preparing reports, and enhancing operational efficiency.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Performs eliminations at RFC level in BPC.
  • Responsible for RF&M submissions into BPC.
  • Monthly review of all consolidated reports to include customer roadmaps and gather responses for variances in trends.
  • Co-ordinate, prepare and presents clear and concise financial reports to RF senior management for operations meetings, offering insights into financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supports annual strategic plan and budget preparation.
  • Reviews and provides feedback to Global sales directors for budgets and sales meetings.
  • Monitor cost reductions, works with plant managers and CI manager to help identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Provide support to divisional controllers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, support decision-making, and drive financial best practices across the organization.
  • 1st line review of Hard Close check lists for completion and accuracy.
  • Gather information as needed and prepare Quarterly Town Hall presentations.
  • Participate in special projects as designated by RFC Global General Manager or Controller.
  • Any other duties as required.

EDUCATION / experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus four (4) to six (6) years’ experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products. Other requirements as necessary.
